Fernando Castillo went through each and every one of the departments of Civil Engineering and General Contractors (ICCGSA) until 18 years ago to the general management. Despite being the son of one of the founders, the executive began from below for a chance to know from start to finish infrastructure company, which this year celebrates its fifty years of history. After serving nearly two decades driving the growth of the company, Fernando Castillo, however, is about to close his time as general manager.
