ICCGSA divides new business of its construction company

In order to improve its business and to reach the goal to invoice US$500 million this year, ICCGSA – one of the most important firms of the construction sector- was divided in two units with separated resources: ICCGSA Constructora, for infrastructure projects, and ICCGSA Inversiones, for new business that it has already working on, such as a forest, real estate, agribusiness and other areas.

Fernando Castillo, the General Manager, explains that the construction area assigned an equity block of S/.21, 60 million in this second division.

“Moreover, the bond issue of S/.61, 4 million that we assigned, even though it is for new business, it will be supported by the construction company”, he mentioned.

ICCGSA Inversiones will be very active. ICCGSA Inversiones and Valora Construction Company design a project in Piura (23 hectares) that will have lots, houses, apartments and, maybe, a mall.

At the same time, in Lima, ICCGSA Inversiones will be focused on projects for B segment in the Cercado de Lima, this year.

Also, it works on the irrigation Project in Olmos (Lambayaque) and in Sullana where grapes for export are cultivated.
